Plainly, what we collect and why.

PT Sintesa Elemen Organik operates sintesa.org. This notice tells you what we collect when you use this site, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27/2022).

Last updated: 31 May 2026 · In effect for sintesa.org only. The four brand sites (search.agency, rpsg.co.id, storymint.id, menangpemilu.com) publish their own notices.

What we collect on sintesa.org

  • Contact form submissions. Name, email, organisation (if you provide it), and your message. Sent to the routing inbox you select on the form.
  • Analytics. Standard web analytics: visits, pages viewed, country, device type. Provided by Google Analytics 4 if you accept cookies. We do not use behavioural advertising or remarketing.
  • Server logs. Standard web server logs: IP address, timestamp, page requested, user agent. Used for security and operations.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to your enquiry.
  • To understand which pages of sintesa.org are useful and improve them.
  • To detect and prevent abuse (spam, scraping, denial of service).
  • To meet legal and accounting record-keeping obligations.

Who we share it with

  • The Sintesa inbox you select on the contact form (press@, partners@, careers@, hello@, or the relevant brand inbox).
  • Google (Google Analytics 4) if you accept analytics cookies.
  • Our hosting provider, for the purpose of operating the site.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.

How long we keep it

  • Contact form submissions: kept while the conversation is active and up to 24 months after our final reply.
  • Analytics: 14 months (Google Analytics 4 default).
  • Server logs: 90 days.

Cookies

We use cookies only for analytics. The consent banner on first visit lets you accept or reject. Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it any time by clearing site data in your browser settings.

Your rights under UU PDP

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct it if it is wrong.
  • Delete it.
  • Restrict our processing of it.
  • Withdraw consent you previously gave.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Authority.

How to exercise your rights

Write to privacy@sintesa.org. We respond within 14 calendar days. If we need longer for a complex request, we will tell you why.

Children

Sintesa.org is not directed at children under 17. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page when our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change.
