Ridho co-founded Search Agency in 2019 and built it into the largest practice inside what is now the Sintesa group. He leads enterprise relationships across the four brands and sets the standard the group publishes: influence is earned on evidence, not bought with noise.
He runs RPSG directly, as a deliberately lighter shape for founders and SME teams across Southeast Asia. He owns the political principles behind Menang Pemilu and the editorial voice of the group. The thread between them is methodological, not commercial: every Sintesa company has to defend its work in writing.
Based in Jakarta and Singapore. Speaks and writes in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Has built and sold playbooks; has lost engagements he was willing to lose; has been quoted by reporters on the AI search transition the group is now organised around.

Joe co-founded Sintesa with Ridho and runs product across the group. His remit is how the four companies work as a system: StoryMint as software, the measurement layer inside Search Agency programmes, and the audience methodology shared between them.
The product side of the standard the group publishes is his. Methods that travel beyond the engagements that built them. Outputs that hold up to scrutiny in writing. Tools that scale a small team’s craft into a larger one’s playbook.
Based between Jakarta and Singapore.
